Nestled deep in the rich pastures of the Southern Highlands of NSW, “The Paddocks of High Range” is a family-owned boutique provider of grass-fed, Full Blood Japanese Wagyu beef and premium lamb.

Locally raised, our beef and lamb is a true “Paddock to Feast” experience.

Our Wagyu.

The Paddocks of High Range Full Blood Japanese Wagyu beef cattle are born, bred and grass-fed in our paddocks in the Southern Highlands. Our rich pastures provide all the nutrients required to produce top quality, superb tasting marbled beef.  Our beef is professionally butchered, cryovaced and packaged as 25kg mixed cuts, gourmet Wagyu sausages, quarter or half carcasses all ready for your freezer.

Our Lamb.

Our premium lamb (including Dorper / Wiltipoll breeds) are born, bred and grass-fed in our paddocks in the Southern Highlands. Our lamb is professionally butchered into mixed cuts and packaged as either a half or full lamb, ready for your freezer.

Our Paddocks.

The lush permanent pastures are located at High Range, in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW.  All our stock are handled from beginning to end by the owners, giving a true ‘paddock to feast’ experience. This is boutique farming at its best.
