The Paddocks of High Range Full Blood Japanese Wagyu beef cattle are born, bred and grass-fed in our paddocks in the Southern Highlands. Our rich pastures provide all the nutrients required to produce top quality, superb tasting marbled beef. Our beef is professionally butchered, cryovaced and packaged as 25kg mixed cuts, gourmet Wagyu sausages, quarter or half carcasses all ready for your freezer.
